Room-code preflight

A room code is a join method, not a compatibility feature by itself. Before inviting a mixed-platform group, the host should confirm the current cross-play option is available and enabled on the installed build. 1. Write down each player's platform and PC storefront; do not use only the device brand if the game is running through a specific PC store.

3. Have the host create the intended online room and share its current code using the game's supported flow; do not post private room codes publicly.
4. If joining fails, record each build/platform and the exact message, then check the live cross-play setting, updates and official support before changing firewall rules or reinstalling saves.
