Civic Project contribution-point planner

Enter the point values shown on your own Donation Kit recipes. This does not estimate Civic Project XP or determine whether a title is still obtainable.

Planned kit community-progress points

Planned: 1 points · projected personal total: 1 · to 10-point mark: 9 · to 400-point mark: 399

  • This is arithmetic from your entries, not Civic Project XP, reward-level progress, or an in-game verification.
  • If construction is still incomplete in your live game, compare the projected total with the 10- and 400-point title milestones in the official notes; the planner cannot claim or reserve rewards.

Source: Palia Patch Notes 0.206. It documents 1/2/4 project-progress points per kit and special titles at 10 and 400 points before construction completes. A separate note reports that the board total could update only after a later donation.

Separate the three progress systems before donating

The official 0.206 notes describe (1) points from a kit toward the community's shared construction progress, (2) Civic Project XP used to unlock rewards, and (3) contribution titles with a deadline tied to construction completion. They do not publish an XP-per-point formula. A point calculator therefore must not claim an XP level or reward unlock.

A safe donation workflow

The official notes say Donation Kits and Building Supplies can be contributed at the Docks workbenches or from the Home Plot. Some kits require a specific collection, such as 12 of the same uncommon insect. Choose the activity from the exact request on your own recipe/board rather than following a copied shopping list that may be stale.

  1. Open the current Civic Project: Docks board and note whether the construction is complete, the contribution total, and which reward/title you actually want.
  2. For each planned kit, read its live recipe and required collection. Reserve any rare or exact-quantity items before crafting; the patch notes' example is 12 of one uncommon insect, not 12 mixed insects.
  3. Use the local planner below only for the 1/2/4 shared-progress points displayed on recipes and your own personal point total. It does not estimate Civic Project XP.
  4. After a large hand-in, check the Contribution Board. The 0.206 known-issue note says the displayed total might not update until a later donation; compare your own record before repeating a costly contribution.

What persists after the Docks finish—and what does not

Patch 0.207 says players who take on the Docks project after it is already complete receive updated dialogue. Patch 0.206 says the special 10- and 400-point titles disappear after construction completion, while Civic Project XP and other reward unlocks remain available at the player's pace. Read those statements separately: a completed project does not mean every reward path is closed, but it does close the two expressly time-limited titles.

  1. If the board or quest dialogue says the project is complete, do not keep donating on the assumption that the 10- or 400-point title is still obtainable.
  2. If you are pursuing Civic Project Path rewards such as the Valhäst, follow the live path/reward screen. The official notes identify it at Level 45 but do not provide an XP-per-kit conversion for a calculator.
  3. If the displayed completion state conflicts with current official notes, capture the patch/platform and visible board state and ask through the official support route; do not rely on an older player post as a current unlock guarantee.

How to use the local point planner

Enter the personal contribution points shown in your own game, then add the 1-, 2-, or 4-point values from the kits you intend to turn in. The planner adds those values and reports distance to the two documented marks. It cannot see the board, check whether titles are still active, calculate Civic Project XP, or claim a reward.

  1. Select the live construction state using the checkbox; if unsure, inspect the board before planning a time-limited title.
  2. Add only kits you can actually craft from their current in-game recipe and leave the point values at what that UI shows.
  3. Compare projected personal points with the 10/400 thresholds only if construction remains incomplete. Treat '0 to threshold' as arithmetic, not proof a reward is claimable.

Before you play

  • Confirm the live Docks project status before pursuing pre-completion titles.
  • Keep shared construction points separate from Civic Project XP; no conversion formula is assumed.
  • Read each kit's exact recipe and reserve its specific collection before crafting.
  • Use the planner only for 1/2/4 kit contribution points and your own displayed personal total.
  • After a large hand-in, recheck the board; 0.206 documented a delayed total refresh issue.

Frequently asked questions

Does a 4-point kit give four Civic Project XP?

The official notes say kits add 1, 2, or 4 points to shared progress while also earning Civic Project XP. They do not say the point value equals the XP amount.

Can I still earn the 10- or 400-point Docks title after construction completes?

The 0.206 notes say both special titles are no longer available once construction is complete. Check the current in-game state; this guide cannot verify it.

Can I keep unlocking Civic Project rewards after the Docks are rebuilt?

Yes, the 0.206 notes say Civic Project XP and reward unlocking can continue at your own pace after the construction completes.
