A compact party plan
The Steam listing confirms an online co-op group of up to three friends, but it does not establish that every platform has the same co-op rules. A small party can divide the work by purpose rather than everyone carrying the same job.
| Player/slot | Suggested responsibility | Stop condition |
|---|---|---|
| 1 — Navigator | Choose the short route and keep the return point visible | Route or landmark is no longer clear |
| 2 — Gatherer | Collect the named objective only | Objective met or carry capacity is tight |
| 3 — Camp/logistics | Track supplies, crafting needs and base reserve | Required reserve is threatened |
| 4 — Flex/escort (if present) | Help where the group is blocked; avoid splitting far away | Party cannot regroup safely |

Before leaving camp
- Confirm the host, platform, session type and current party size; Steam's four-player total includes the host plus up to three friends.
- Pick one shared target and assign each participant a job; if fewer than four players, combine logistics with navigation rather than duplicating gatherers.
- Agree on what must remain at camp and which visible event means 'turn back'—for example, target collected, route unclear or essential supply low.
- Do a short first loop, regroup and verify every player can return using the current interface before extending farther.
- For console or cross-platform sessions, check the exact store/platform listing and current publisher support; do not infer those features from the Steam page.

Save and platform limits
This guide is about coordinating a co-op session, not moving saves between platforms or proving cross-play. The Steam feature list is the evidence for the group size stated here; platform-specific controls and online rules may differ.

Before you play
- Host and platform are known.
- Party agreed one target and individual responsibilities.
- Camp reserve and return trigger are explicit.
- I verified cross-play/save claims on the actual platform rather than assuming them.
Frequently asked questions
Is the max party size four including me?
The Steam page says online co-op with up to three friends, which means the host plus up to three friends for that listing.
Does the Steam listing prove cross-platform co-op?
No. It confirms online co-op for Steam but does not establish cross-play between storefronts or consoles.
