Match like-for-like campaign evidence
A strategy timeline is only comparable when scenario, DLC and build match. The 1.0.53b note describes a DLC-scenario timing adjustment prompted by player feedback; it is not a numeric event schedule.
- Record your installed build from the main menu and whether the Dark Skies DLC scenario is active.
- Record scenario/start type and any campaign customization that affects the run; do not compare a custom start to an unmodified scenario without saying so.
- Open the current developer announcement and check whether it describes the scenario you are playing.
- Treat a community date as an observed report from that user's settings, not a promise for your save.
- When recording your own run, note the first displayed event/alert and in-game date. Do not reload or alter a campaign solely to force a reported date.
| Compare | Record | Do not infer |
|---|---|---|
| Build | 1.0.53b or current displayed build | The patch note's exact day of invasion |
| Scenario | DLC scenario vs base scenario | That every scenario's clock changed |
| Campaign setup | Difficulty/customization/mods | The same event sequence across all starts |
| Player report | In-game date and visible alert | That one save is universal evidence |

Ask a reproducible timing question
The issue worksheet helps identify missing context before asking players. It contains only fields typed into this page.
- Include build, DLC ownership/use, scenario, start date and relevant campaign settings.
- Quote the event text as displayed and give the in-game date.
- Link the current official patch note before asking whether an old timeline still applies.
- Leave out save files, email, account identifiers and personal information.

Before you play
- I recorded build and DLC scenario separately.

- My comparison includes campaign settings.
- I marked community dates as player observations.
