Know what the official announcement actually promises
Focus's Season 19 release announcement describes the Switzerland region as three maps and says the season is included in the Year 5 Pass. It lists PC, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2 as launch platforms. It also names the Wortek 250T and DERRY 'SAVIOR' trucks and describes the season's restoration tasks.
Those statements establish the content and announced platform scope; they do not inspect your purchase history or prove that an add-on downloaded on your device. The 44.2 hotfix's MOD-contract issue is separate from DLC entitlement.

Check access in a low-risk order
Use the account and store that actually launch the game. Avoid buying the pass again or deleting local data until the platform's entitlement state is clear.
- Identify the platform, storefront account and game edition currently launching SnowRunner.
- Open the platform's add-on/library page and verify whether Season 19 is owned directly or through the Year 5 Pass on that same account.
- Check the add-on download/install status and the game's current build. If the account is shared or the game was moved between stores, verify which account owns the pass.
- Restart the game after the platform reports installation complete, then check the in-game region/map selection for the Switzerland maps.
- If the content remains absent, record platform, store, pass entitlement, add-on install state and exact in-game message. Contact the store or official support with those facts; do not assume Hotfix 44.2 fixes an ownership problem.

Decision table: where is the access chain broken?
Keep entitlement, download and game visibility as separate states.
| Evidence | Next check | Avoid |
|---|---|---|
| Year 5 Pass not visible on launching account | Confirm the account/store and pass ownership | Buying a second copy before checking the account |
| Pass owned but Season 19 add-on not installed | Use platform library to download/install the add-on | Treating an absent download as a map bug |
| Add-on installed but region missing | Restart, confirm game build and active save/mode, then record exact message | Deleting saves or assuming the hotfix controls DLC access |
| Platform is listed in announcement but store says unavailable | Check that platform's current store and rollout notice | Assuming identical release timing everywhere |
| MOD cargo delivery fails after entering Season 19 | Use the separate Hotfix 44.2 contract check | Mixing DLC ownership with a contract bug |

Limits and revision note
The official Season 19 announcement was published October 20, 2026. Store entitlements and platform release state can change independently; this guide is a procedure, not a live entitlement lookup. No purchase, console library, account, save or region access was tested. Use the official SnowRunner discussion/support links below for a reproducible access report.

Before you play
- I checked the same account/store that launches the game.
- I separated pass entitlement from add-on installation and in-game visibility.
- I recorded the current platform build and exact region message.
- I did not treat Hotfix 44.2 as an entitlement or DLC-unlock fix.
