The note does not identify every possible delivery failure, offer a player-side workaround, or say that the achievement issue happens on MOD maps. Keep those branches separate.
The same notice says Switch 2 would receive the update later. Because that is a dated rollout statement, it cannot establish the current Switch 2 version. Check the installed build on your own platform rather than inferring availability from a PC patch number.
