Read the active commission card
Commission availability can depend on workshop progression and game mode. A saved tracker or community checklist cannot tell which requests are currently offered in your world.
- Confirm Singleplayer story or Multiplayer Workshop mode before comparing a guide.
- Open the active board/card and copy the requested item and quantity exactly.
- Check the displayed deadline, rank/eligibility and reward in the current UI.
- Verify whether the order needs a specific crafted item or a material with a similar name before spending resources.

Use the tracker only when your workshop qualifies
Pathea's patch history describes a Commission Tracker obtainable at City Hall Store once the workshop reaches Level 10. Check current build and store inventory; do not assume this item is present in every console version or mode.
| Situation | Check | Avoid |
|---|---|---|
| Tracker not visible | Workshop Level, current City Hall Store stock, mode and build | Assuming the game lost it because an old guide says it exists |
| Commission appears in tracker | Re-open its active card and verify current quantity/deadline | Treating a remembered/archived entry as a live order |
| Item shortage | Recipe, machine and input materials from the current recipe UI | Crafting a lookalike item without matching the order name |
| Advice is for multiplayer | Compare the post's mode and current board rules | Applying workshop-mode orders to the story campaign |

Record what happened, not what you expected
Pathea's release notes and patch feed evolve. If an order is missing or submission fails, capture mode, build, board name and exact prompt before asking players or support.
- Record platform, current build, mode, workshop level and commission item.
- Note the displayed quantity, deadline and whether the request is accepted/active.
- Compare the item in inventory to the exact requested name and quality/variant if shown.
- If reporting a mismatch, include the screen and step that failed, with UserID and private save details removed from public posts.

Frequently asked questions
Why don't I see the Commission Tracker?
The cited Pathea patch note says it is sold at City Hall Store after Workshop Level 10; verify current mode/build and store inventory.
Does this planner remember my commissions?
No. It is an issue worksheet, not connected to a save or board.
Can multiplayer commission advice be used in the story?
Not automatically. Pathea describes separate multiplayer workshop systems; name the mode in every comparison.

- Pathea Games: My Time at Sandrock full release notes (Official)
Pathea's release post describes the full release and separate multiplayer workshop systems, including commissions and co-op content. It is a dated release reference; later patches may change tasks or menus. Confirm the current game mode, platform and objective in the client. No workshop or save was inspected.
- Pathea: Sandrock update adding the Commission Tracker (Official)
Pathea's Steam patch history documents a Commission Tracker sold at City Hall Store after the workshop reaches Level 10. This is a dated PC update note; check current availability and mode-specific UI rather than assuming identical console/multiplayer behavior.
