Use the right platform branch for verification

Ubisoft lists different account-security requirements on PC and console. The Legend Division adds a stronger authenticator-app requirement in the support article. Do not toggle account security on a third-party checklist; follow Ubisoft's current verification flow and save recovery options before changing devices.

1. Confirm the exact mode: Ranked, Legend Division or Siege Cup; requirements may differ.
2. On console, check the platform account link, active online subscription and Ubisoft two-step verification.
3. On PC, check the phone number associated with the Ubisoft account and two-step verification.
4. For Legend Division, check the authenticator-app and any current security prompt rather than assuming ordinary 2SV is enough.
5. After every gate is verified, restart the game and read the exact lock message. If it persists, contact Ubisoft Support with platform, mode and error text; never send a code or password.

A party restriction, placement state or season rule is not necessarily an account-security lock.
