Use the overview to narrow the next check
The developer introduced these UI features to reduce repeat visits. They do not replace inspecting a specific Ooblet or rereading a discoverable, and older guides may predate the pop-up/Notes features.
- Open the Oobcoop pop-up from the current interface and verify which Ooblets the game lists as assigned.
- If an expected Ooblet is absent, check the specific Oobcoop and your current assignment UI; do not infer a productivity failure from a missing animal name alone.
- Open the Grumboire Notes and search the history for the mail or discoverable you remember opening/encountering.
- If the note is absent, distinguish 'not yet encountered' from a missing record; the update describes a history/log, not a recovery system.
- For a feature that appears missing, record platform/build and current menu labels because control prompts/UI fixes have changed over time.
- Compare with the developer's latest patch note and use Steam Discussions only as unverified player reports.
| Question | First place to check | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| Which Ooblets are assigned? | Oobcoop pop-up | Doesn't prove their task/output completed |
| Did I open this mail? | Grumboire Notes history | History is not a way to reopen/restore deleted state unless UI offers it |
| Did I encounter this discoverable? | Grumboire discoverables log | Not a complete checklist of all unknown items |
| Button/menu absent | Platform, build and control mapping | UI differs; older posts may predate feature |

Record the missing item precisely
This local note lets you distinguish an assignment question from a record-history question.
- Choose Oobcoop assignment, opened mail or discoverable history.
- Enter platform/build and the exact object or Ooblet name.
- Copy your report; never label it a bug until the current UI and update notes are checked.
Before you play
- I checked the Oobcoop pop-up before entering buildings repeatedly.
- I checked Grumboire Notes for prior mail/discoverables.
- I distinguished a history entry from a recovery feature.
- I recorded platform/build when controls differ.
Frequently asked questions
Does the Oobcoop pop-up prove an assigned Ooblet is producing?
No. The announcement says it shows assignment; it does not certify that tasks or outputs completed.
Can Notes restore mail I never opened?
The announcement describes a history of previously opened mail and encountered discoverables, not restoration of unopened content.
Will the tool check my Grumboire?
No. The tool only uses text you enter; it cannot read your save or UI.
