Check the three gates in order
The developer announcement distinguishes access, purchase and equipment. A kiosk item being visible does not prove an Ooblet can equip it, and owning an Oobmobile does not prove DOV progression is complete.
- Check your player level. The developer's note describes the Mystery Door in Town Hall task as available after reaching level 5; do not treat level 5 as automatic task completion.
- Open the Tinstle Tasks and confirm the Mystery Door in Town Hall objective is available/completed as shown in your current build.
- Visit the Department of Ooblet Vehicles and inspect the current kiosk/event panel; limited event stock changes over time and is not guaranteed to be present.
- If you can buy but cannot equip, check whether the target Ooblet is licensed. The developer says purchase can happen before licensing, while equipping cannot.
- If the kiosk or task is missing, record platform/build, player level, task state and license status; compare with current official patch notes before restarting or changing system time.
- Do not alter the device clock to recreate an event; Glumberland's event guidance explicitly warns against clock manipulation.
| State | Check | Interpretation |
|---|---|---|
| DOV not visible | Player level and Mystery Door Tinstle Task | Level gate makes task available; it is not proof it was completed |
| Vehicle kiosk visible, purchase blocked | Current stock and currency shown by the kiosk | Availability can rotate by in-game day/event |
| Vehicle owned, equip unavailable | Ooblet license state | Developer says an unlicensed Ooblet cannot equip it |
| Event vehicle absent | Current event/menu and installed build | A historical event post doesn't guarantee today's stock |

Prepare a version-matched question
The local checker only records your input. It does not query your Oobnet, event stock or license list.
- Enter level, task completion, platform/build and license state.
- Record whether the issue is access, purchase or equip.
- Copy the report and compare against the current official announcement before posting externally.
Before you play
- I separated DOV access from buying and equipping.
- I checked the Tinstle Task, not only player level.
- I checked license state before retrying equip.
- I did not change my system clock to force an event.
Frequently asked questions
Does reaching level 5 automatically unlock every Oobmobile?
No. The developer says the Mystery Door task becomes available after level 5; DOV progression and event stock are separate.
Can I buy a vehicle before licensing an Ooblet?
The developer's event note says yes, but you cannot equip it on an Ooblet until that Ooblet is licensed.
Can this page see event stock?
No. It only organizes information you enter and cannot access your game.
