Use the Settlement Phase as a deliberate checkpoint
- Confirm the current scenario and its published settlement/end rules; don't use a guide from a different scenario as an item whitelist.
- Open Eternaland and complete its initial tasks if it is your first visit; NetEase says these unlock its features.
- During Settlement Phase, review Scenario Backpack and territory storage and manually move the items you want into the Spacetime Backpack.
- Check any item-specific transfer restrictions/point costs in the current client before spending; the 2025 explainer describes Supply Points for items entering a new scenario.
- Keep a note of Energy Links because NetEase says remaining links convert into Astral Sand when the scenario ends.

Carryover decision table
| State/item | Developer explainer | Plan around |
|---|---|---|
| Gear, rare collectibles, territory buildings | Stored permanently on Eternaland | Confirm which inventory/store location contains the item |
| Items during Settlement Phase | Can be manually moved from scenario backpack/territory storage | Do the desired transfer before the end rather than assume it is automatic |
| Items remaining at scenario end | Eligible remaining items move automatically to Spacetime Backpack | Check later scenario restrictions; do not infer every item is eligible |
| Energy Links | Converted to Astral Sand at scenario end | Do not treat the balance as ordinary carryover currency |
| Items entering a new scenario | Supply Points can be spent to move items into new scenario backpack | Budget transfer points and verify current item costs |

Make the next start reproducible
The article describes the broad transfer system, not a live item-by-item allowance for every future scenario. Capture your own selection and point total before entering a new world.
- List your priority tools/gear and their current location; keep rare items separate from replaceable materials.
- Record the displayed Supply Point cost and remaining balance for each intended transfer.
- Confirm the destination scenario and character before confirming entry.
- After arrival, check the Spacetime/Scenario backpacks and identify anything left behind before spending further points.
- Use official scenario patch notes when a newer season changes carryover rules; Reddit posts are player reports, not eligibility guarantees.
