Rank platform comparison

Select the two device categories you are comparing; this does not read your profile or rank.

Interpretation: Record the platform where the rank was earned and inspect Career on that same platform.

NetEase rank and cross-progression FAQ

Separate the shared character from competitive records

The publisher distinguishes character-level sharing from device-specific battle data. Cosmetics/progress can follow the linked character, while rank and leaderboard are independent on PC, PlayStation and Xbox.

Use this comparison before relinking

Changing links can trigger cooldowns and is not the publisher's suggested first check for platform-specific rank. The account page says settlement details display on the corresponding device; logging in during the new season processes settlements for linked devices.

  1. Record the current platform (PC, PlayStation or Xbox), season and displayed Career rank.
  2. Log into the same platform where the rank was earned and compare its Career/leaderboard record.
  3. Check whether that platform was unlinked during the prior season; the FAQ says its settlement can show as unsettled until linked again.
  4. Do not unlink or switch primary merely to make rank numbers match; the FAQ says those records are independent.
  5. If the same platform's record is missing, use official support with the season, device and sanitized message.

What the rank source does—and does not—promise

The FAQ says rank and leaderboard positions do not transfer between devices, and rank rewards are based on the highest valid rank from the previous season. It does not promise that every profile display updates instantly, nor does it identify a cause for a particular account's missing result.

Prepare a useful support or discussion report

A compact report helps separate a cross-progression misunderstanding from a genuine platform-specific missing record.

  1. State the platform where the rank was earned and the platform where it is absent.
  2. Include the season and exact Career/settlement message, but remove account names and private identifiers.
  3. Mention whether platform links changed before settlement.
  4. Check the current official FAQ and use publisher support for account-specific decisions.

Before you play

  • I compared Career on the same device where the rank was earned.
  • I checked season settlement and whether the platform was linked at settlement.
  • I did not infer that different PC/console ranks mean the character was lost.

Frequently asked questions

Does cross-progression share my ranked tier?

No. NetEase says ranks and leaderboard records remain separate by platform/device.

Does the FAQ say which rank determines seasonal rewards?

It says the highest valid rank achieved on any device in the previous season is used; check current settlement details for your account.
