Check the correct screen before troubleshooting delivery

The official support steps begin by selecting region and world, then opening character selection. Eligible characters show a yellow Powerpass Available message. A pass not appearing on another region, another roster or the wrong character screen may be a context mismatch rather than a missing grant.

Powerpasses may be purchased, event or progression rewards; event passes can have a claim deadline. The current known-issues page warns that the available pass can only be claimed on one character per account and accidental selection/transfer is not reversible through support.

Step-by-step missing-pass triage

  1. Choose the intended region and world, then open character selection.
  2. Look at the intended character for the yellow Powerpass Available button.
  3. Identify whether the expected grant was purchased, event-based, or a progression reward; check the corresponding product inventory/mail and its expiration notice.
  4. If eligible, verify character and pass type before selecting; do not click a candidate character just to see what happens.
  5. If still missing, contact official support with pass type, expected receipt date, character name and server—never include passwords or codes.

Example: the pass is on one roster, but not another

If a pass came from an event and the active character screen shows no yellow eligibility notice, verify region/world, the character's eligibility and event end date before assuming the reward vanished. If the current Known Issues article describes a one-character claim limit, do not use another character to test it.

Current western publishing/support is transitioning to Smilegate in 2027, so confirm the support channel and current policy at the time you act.

Community and scope note

The linked Reddit discussion is a community question, not official Powerpass advice. Do not follow builds or account-specific assertions from it without checking current official support.

This planner can organize the region, world, pass type and target character you enter; it cannot inspect mail, product inventory, account entitlements or grant a pass.

Before you play

  • I selected the correct region/world before checking the roster.
  • I read the target character's eligibility notice.
  • I distinguished a purchased pass from an event/reward pass and checked dates.
  • I did not claim a pass as a test.

Frequently asked questions

Can support undo a mistaken claim?

The current Lost Ark Known Issues page says the pass is limited to one character per account and support cannot assist with accidental selections/transfers.

Does this tool read my account?
