Budget the resin in whole recipe batches

The Week 252 announcement says one Sandhorn Horn can be ground in a Mortar & Pestle to produce 300 Organic Resin. Since a horn is not guaranteed, the batch count is a lower bound on successful drops, not a hunt-count promise.
