Before accepting the one-way prompt

Confirm the FC 25 points and intended FC 26 platform family while signed into the intended EA account.
Log into FC 26 on console or PC; EA says the transfer option appears the first time you log into any mode.
Read the exact confirmation before proceeding. EA says the transfer is permanent and cannot move back to FC 25.
If using EA Play without buying FC 26, note EA's warning that transferred points will not return to FC 25.
If the prompt is missing or the balance seems wrong, stop and contact EA; the Web/Companion app cannot initiate or reverse the move.
