Choose and verify the intended slot

  1. At the main menu, use Select Game and read the highlighted save details before choosing Start game.
  2. Ubisoft lists four save slots; select an unused slot for a separate playthrough instead of overwriting an existing world.
  3. Before deleting anything, confirm that the selected slot is not the only copy you intend to keep. Ubisoft's article says deletion requires holding Delete; cancel if the highlighted slot is uncertain.
  4. For cross-progression, verify that each platform uses the same intended Ubisoft account and consult the current platform-specific support page for availability and entitlement limits.
  5. If a save seems missing, stop before creating a replacement. Check account identity, platform, slot selection and official recovery guidance first.

If asking other players

State platform, storefront, whether the same Ubisoft account is used, and which slot/menu is visible. Community reports are not account recovery. Never post a save file or account credentials publicly; use Ubisoft Support for account-specific missing-progress cases.

Before you play

  • Record the platform, installed build, exact symptom, and last change before troubleshooting.
  • Prefer reversible checks and the current official source over an old forum answer.
  • Keep personal identifiers, authentication codes, and private save data out of public discussions.

Frequently asked questions

Does this guide test my game or account?

No. It converts cited publisher/developer instructions into a checklist; it cannot inspect a device, account, save, lobby, or server.

Are community posts confirmed fixes?

No. They are player-generated context. Verify a proposed change against current official support and your own game build.

Sources & revision notes

Editorial revision: November 6, 2026; not a gameplay test date. The reference notes identify source limits and version differences.

  1. Ubisoft Help: Crossplay in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora (Official)

Ubisoft says co-op unlocks after meeting Etuwa and completing The Aranahe Clan in Kinglor Forest; one friend can join across supported platforms; crossplay is on by default. Confirm current platform support in the live article.

  2. Ubisoft Help: Creating a co-op session in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora (Official)

Official session-creation checklist. Co-op requires internet access; follow the current article/client instructions and do not assume all campaign state is shared identically for host and guest.

  3. Ubisoft Help: Managing saved games in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora (Official)

Ubisoft documents automatic saving, four save slots, Select Game loading/deletion flow, cross-progression, and default PC save locations. Delete is consequential; back up before changing files and verify your platform-specific path.

  4. Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora player discussion (Community)

External player-generated discussion, not Ubisoft Support or a source for account status. Keep platform, quest stage and symptom; never share Ubisoft credentials or save files publicly.
