Browser-local route check

Shadows progression and content checker

Separate story progress, earned content and paid DLC under Ubisoft's cross-platform rules.

Ubisoft rule

Ubisoft says automatic cross-progression works across platforms when using the same Ubisoft account. Allow sync to finish and keep the source save; this check cannot validate account or cloud state.

The page reads only these selections. It cannot see saves, sync state, linked accounts or purchase receipts.

Check the account before opening a new session

  1. Record the source platform and which Ubisoft account is connected to it.
  2. On the destination, sign in with that same Ubisoft account or the console account already linked to it.
  3. Allow the title and launcher to finish their sync before creating or overwriting a destination save.
  4. If story progress appears missing, stop and verify the Ubisoft account association before starting a new game or deleting local files.
  5. For DLC or pre-order items, check destination-store ownership and installation; cross-progression does not transfer those purchases.

Scope

Ubisoft's article distinguishes earned in-game content from paid DLC/pre-order entitlements. It does not prove a specific transaction is valid, guarantee a cloud upload completed, or list every platform storefront exception. Use Ubisoft support for an account-specific missing item.

Before you play

  • I confirmed the same Ubisoft account is used on both platforms.
  • I separated story progression from paid DLC ownership.
  • I checked the destination storefront for purchased DLC.
  • I kept the original save and did not start a destructive reset.

Frequently asked questions

Will DLC bought on PlayStation appear on PC?

Ubisoft says store-purchased DLC and pre-order content are not shared across platforms.

Does a shared story save prove the Ubisoft account is correct?

It indicates syncing occurred, but this tool cannot inspect the account or confirm purchase entitlements.
