Forza Horizon 5

Treat a platform switch as a separate save unless the official FAQ explicitly says otherwise. Forza Support says PS5 progress does not carry over from other platforms, and Steam save data is separate from Xbox/Windows Store saves. Cross-play lets supported platforms play together; it is not a promise that career progress, Accolades or every statistic will sync. Before launching elsewhere, identify your storefront and preserve the original installation and save.
