| Bought in platform store | Not shared across platforms per Ubisoft's help article | Check storefront entitlement and installed add-on |
| Unknown / event reward | Eligibility may depend on the specific item | Check current help page or official item notice |

Safe diagnostic order
- Write down the item's name and whether it was earned, bought in-game, or bought from a platform store.
- Confirm both installations are connected to the same Ubisoft account; console accounts should be linked to that same Ubisoft account.
- Launch The Crew Motorfest on both platforms so cross-progression can synchronize.
- On the platform where it is missing, verify the relevant edition/add-on is installed and restart the game once.
- If a platform-store purchase remains missing on its purchase platform, use Ubisoft/platform purchase support; do not rebuy until entitlement is checked.

Player discussion and account safety
Use the community link to compare the item category and platform pair, but posts cannot verify your entitlement. Remove Ubisoft IDs, email addresses, order numbers and receipts from public posts; route purchase-specific cases to official support.

Does all content carry over between platforms?
No. Ubisoft says certain earned content is shared, while in-game and platform-store purchases are not shared across platforms.
Does cross-progression require the same Ubisoft account?
Ubisoft says to use the same Ubisoft account, or a console account linked to that same account, on both platforms.
Can this tool check my Ubisoft garage?
No. It only records the item source and platforms you select; it has no account access.
