Build a precise Sun Haven troubleshooting note

Record the variables that change the correct support route. Your entries stay in this page until you choose to copy the note; they are not uploaded or saved. Never enter passwords, recovery codes, payment details, or another player's personal data.

Suggested next step

Record platform/build, region, season, seed/crop label and pest setting; use the current in-game tooltip before relying on a community wiki entry.

Start from the Museum's request, not a generic crop list

Sun Haven's community-maintained wiki groups Museum donations into sets, including regional and seasonal crops. Because wiki pages are maintained by players, use them to find likely items, then verify the exact set and accepted item in your current build.

  1. Open the Museum and record the exact bundle/set name and missing item labels.
  2. For each missing crop, inspect the seed name and tooltip in your game; do not infer the seed from a similar item name.
  3. Record the farm region and season where that seed is sold or planted, if shown by the current UI.
  4. Mark uncertain wiki entries for in-game verification instead of planting an entire list blindly.

Prioritize what can expire, and separate the three regions

Season and location are different filters. Sun Haven has multiple farm regions; a crop list for one area is not automatically a complete checklist for another. Keep an unverified entry visible rather than silently translating it across a patch or platform.

Missing entryNext actionDo not assume
The current season's cropCheck seed availability and remaining days in the current UIThat every wiki season table is current for your build
A crop tied to another regionCheck that region's seed vendor/season and travel accessThat the Sun Haven calendar applies to every farm region
A bundle item with similar namesMatch the Museum label and inventory item exactlyThat a crafted/foraged variant substitutes for the requested crop
A crop you already plantedVerify growth stage and harvest in-game; keep a spare if practicalThat the checklist knows your planted field or inventory

Use a small, verifiable planting plan

Patch history matters: Patch 3.1 and its micropatches include crop/greenhouse and other fixes. A crop that appears absent may reflect timing, region, seed access or a build-specific issue; this page does not diagnose a particular farm.

  1. Sort missing crops by the exact season and region recorded from the current seed tooltip.
  2. Plant only the missing seasonal items you can verify, leaving room for normal farm priorities.
  3. After the expected growth interval shown in-game, confirm the crop is harvestable before recording it as secured.
  4. If the result differs, compare the current Patch 3.1/micropatch notes and ask the community with build, region, season and seed label.

Frequently asked questions

Does this tell me whether a Museum bundle is complete?

No. Read the current Museum interface; the worksheet only organizes crop names and checks you enter.

Can I use a Sun Haven wiki crop list for every console?

Treat it as a community reference and verify the seed/item in your installed console build; parity is not assumed.

Should I plant every crop shown on a seasonal page?

No. First match the Museum's missing items and your current region and season.

Sources & revision notes

Editorial revision: November 7, 2026; not a gameplay test date. The reference notes identify source limits and version differences.

  1. Pixel Sprout Studios: Sun Haven Patch 3.1 announcements (Official)

Developer-authored Steam announcements include Patch 3.1 and its micropatches; the cited 3.1.3b notes name Windows, Steam Deck and Mac and list specific fixes. Announcement history is not a promise that every console build matches the PC build. Check the installed branch and platform before attributing a symptom to an update.

  2. Sun Haven Wiki: seasons and Museum bundles (community-maintained) (Community)

The wiki is community-maintained and linked from the PC game menu; its crop lists and bundle pages can change with patches and may not match every console build. Use it as an index, then confirm the seed, region and Museum request in your own game. It is not a developer promise or a GamerWin test.

  3. Sun Haven player discussions (Community)

External user-generated discussion, not official support or verified GamerWin results. Include platform, build/branch, season, region, crop/seed text and relevant options; do not present a forum anecdote as a universal mechanic.

What changed in this revision
