Use Auto-Stack as a transfer action, then audit the result
The patch describes the feature as moving 'like items' between Space Pack inventory and storage if they already exist in that destination. It does not say Auto-Stack will create a new category, move every unmatched item, or organize the full base automatically.
- Check that the game is on the build containing v1.0.4 Auto-Stack; the developer listed Windows and macOS version 1.0.4.
- Open the storage menu and identify the source side and destination container before using the arrow action.
- Look for an existing stack of the same item in the target. The announcement's description specifically conditions transfer on a like item already being there.
- Use the Auto-Stack control, then inspect both the Space Pack and the destination container for remaining quantities.
- Move unmatched items manually using the game's normal controls; do not assume the feature created a new stack for every item type.
- If a stack appears to vanish, stop moving more items and record the before/after counts and container name before restarting or testing another container.
| Before action | Expected from the notes | Verify |
|---|---|---|
| Matching stack exists in destination | Like items are eligible for transfer | Destination count and inventory remainder |
| No matching stack exists | Announcement does not promise a new stack transfer | Use normal manual transfer and inspect UI |
| A few matching items remain | Could reflect stack limits or version/UI behavior | Record exact before/after counts; don't infer data loss |
| Different OS/storefront version | Patch parity is not established here | Check current platform update notes |

Keep a short inventory audit
The local checklist below performs no inventory operation. It records counts you type so you can compare them after using the in-game feature.
- Enter item, source inventory, destination container and counts before use.
- Use Auto-Stack in the game, then enter the remaining and destination counts.
- Treat any difference as a prompt to inspect the game UI, not as proof of loss or an automatic recovery.

Before you play
- I confirmed the build contains the v1.0.4 storage feature.
- I checked for an existing matching destination stack.
- I compared both inventories after the transfer.
Frequently asked questions
Does Auto-Stack move every item automatically?
The developer says it transfers like items when they already exist in the destination; unmatched items and all-item sorting are not promised in that note.
Does it create new stacks?
The cited description says the item should already be in that storage destination. Check the game's behavior rather than assuming unmatched items are included.
Can this tool fix a missing item?
No. It only records counts entered by the player and does not access storage or saves.
