Turn exploration into a useful observation log
The official description establishes a timing constraint, not a guaranteed spawn schedule. A failed visit is one observation; it does not prove that the seed is absent from the region or that a particular time is the only valid window.
- Record the installed platform, version and whether New Crops, Fish, and Recipes DLC or a Complete Edition is active.
- Choose one region/route and record the in-game time and weather shown when you check it.
- For each Harvest Wisp, note whether it appeared and the seed name received; do not infer a seed drop from merely seeing a Wisp.
- Repeat a route at a different time only when you have a concrete comparison to make; avoid changing location, time and DLC assumptions all at once.
- If a Wisp is not present, mark the result 'not observed on this pass' rather than 'does not spawn here'.
- When using another player's report, match platform/build and DLC first; ask for the exact observation rather than an unsupported universal spawn claim.
| Your observation | Useful conclusion | Not established |
|---|---|---|
| Wisp seen, seed collected | This route/time yielded that seed once | That it always yields it |
| No Wisp on a pass | No Wisp observed under recorded conditions | That the location is invalid |
| Rare seed found after changing time | Timing may matter for your build | Exact guaranteed hours |
| Different platform or DLC | Treat as a separate dataset | That seed tables are identical |

Keep the record local
The browser note below helps compare visits. It does not read map coordinates or discover seed tables.
- Enter the region, local time, platform/build and DLC state.
- Record whether the Wisp and a seed were actually observed.
- Copy the report before sharing; do not present a single attempt as a verified spawn rule.
Before you play
- I recorded time and region for each visit.
- I separated seeing a Wisp from receiving a seed.
- I matched DLC, platform and build before comparing player reports.
- I labelled missing observations as unknown, not impossible.
Frequently asked questions
Does Natsume publish exact rare-seed hours?
The cited product information says some rare seeds appear only at certain times, but does not provide a complete hour/location table.
Does the Complete Edition contain additional seeds?
Natsume's DLC/Complete Edition announcement lists additional seed types. Check edition ownership before comparing a seed list.
Can this tool reveal the next Wisp?
No. It stores only the observation you type and cannot inspect the map.
