Separate the in-game list from support recovery
Pearl Abyss gives the console menu route Menu → Adventurer Support → Restore Item and states each character has its own deleted-item list. The in-game restore count is limited to two per Family per month, resetting on the first day of the month.
If the item is absent or the in-game uses are exhausted, the support request path is different. The cited FAQ states a 15-day deletion window, a yearly support-request cap, and non-recoverable categories including destroyed crystals, released fairies and materials used for enhancement. Temporary items and randomly priced items can also be ineligible.
| Question | Official boundary | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Item appears in restore list? | Character-specific list; 2 uses/Family/month | Review item and destination, then decide |
| Not listed / no monthly use left? | Support may consider a request | Check deletion date and yearly limit |
| Destroyed crystal or enhancement material? | FAQ lists exclusions | Do not expect restore |
| Item is temporary/limited? | May be restricted or unrecoverable | Check current support policy |

Safe recovery checklist
- Stop item-management actions that could overwrite context; note the character and approximate deletion date.
- Open Menu → Adventurer Support → Restore Item on the character that deleted the item.
- Read the item list and destination details before using one of the two monthly Family restores.
- If absent or in-game restores are exhausted, compare the loss date with the 15-day support window and check the applicable annual request cap.
- Submit a support request only through Pearl Abyss's official regional portal, identifying the item and date; never share passwords, recovery codes or payment credentials.

Example: deleted item missing from the character's list
First verify the character that deleted it; Pearl Abyss says each character has its own list. If the item is still absent, compare its type against the official exclusions and the date of deletion. A support request made outside the 15-day window or beyond the stated recovery limits may not qualify.
Do not infer that the PC edition follows the console FAQ. The official page is explicitly under the console support section, and service-region policies can differ.
| Loss | Route | Limit to note |
|---|---|---|
| Ordinary deleted item shown in list | In-game restore | 2 uses per Family/month |
| Item absent from list, deleted recently | Regional support request | Within 15 days; yearly cap applies |
| Destroyed crystal / used enhancement material | Listed exclusion | Not recoverable under cited FAQ |
| Temporary event item | Check item-specific conditions | May not return to prior state |

Community and limits
The linked player thread discusses regional support restoration from a different service. It is user-generated and historical; do not treat it as a current promise or compare support quotas across regions.
This local checklist only records loss type, date and edition. It cannot see your Family, character, restoration count, inventory or support case, and it does not submit a ticket.
